About Fran

Fran graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a undergraduate degree in Information Technology in 2014 and from the George Washington University in 2017 with a Master of Science in Information Technology Management (with a focus in Cyber Security).

Fran is an experienced consultant having worked at top advisory consulting firms in D.C such as Accenture, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Deloitte. He is currently supporting the world's largest cloud service provider, Amazon Web Services (AWS) to enable automation and scaling of unique cloud services.

With in-depth technical/business advisory experience and customer obsession, Fran is currently Expressions’ business advisor.
