We offer free FedEx/USPS shipping on every US order. To make your Expressions Jewelry purchasing experience as stress-free as possible, we also offer free standard ground return shipping on all orders from the US. Please allow 3-5 business days. Items ordered together may not always ship together. For all orders above $1000, signature on delivery will be required.
Because we make most items to order, time from order to delivery will vary depending on the item ordered. All orders are shipped via FedEx/USPS and are scheduled to arrive on or before the expected delivery date shown in the order confirmation. Some orders may arrive earlier than the expected delivery date if they are ready. You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships.
At Expressions Jewelry, we have shared in the unforgettable memories of thousands of our customers, and we understand that jewelry is often given for special surprise occasions such as an engagement. Please let us know what we can do to make sure you maintain your surprise. Expressions Jewelry’s Commitments
For your protection, Expressions Jewelry always:
Insures and registers all items for their full value.
Requires that all deliveries are made to a physical business or home address only. We do not ship to P.O. box addresses. (Expressions Jewelry is able to accept post office box addresses for your billing needs.)
Expressions Jewelry is committed to timely delivery for your order. However, delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions, carrier delays or incorrect addresses are beyond our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable. An alternative shipping method may be used when deemed appropriate to reach your target destination and target delivery date. On the rare occasion that your order is tampered with or lost during shipment, you must report this to Expressions Jewelry within 5 days of receiving your tracking number.
For insurance reasons we cannot reroute packages after they have shipped from Expressions Jewelry.
